凱帆軒一座升降機全面復修無期 費用高達 472萬 Tower 1 elevators repair on halt with a price tag of 4.72Million, ($5500 per flat)

在14年7月的升降機會上,迅達除了口頭誠諾外還有透過電郵確定維修的費用會由迅達一方全數負責的文件。但是,到15年3月,2號升降機重開後,1、3號開始維修前,迅達一方景然把責任推回凱帆軒。到今天,還未有任何更新。

    • 迅達已經足足2星期沒派員進行下階段的復修,如果高衛再沒有明顯的進展,每戶可能要先分擔項目的維修費 $4,728,060.00
    • 迅達的合約在5月屆滿,復修未完成又不肯續約。再加上現在的糸統由2間升降機廠負責,會大大增加保養報價及使一般保養維修商拒絕投標At the first elevator meeting after the fire incident, Schindler has promised (to download email exchange) that will be responsible for the cost of repair.  However, this is not true after elevator No 2 has reopened at the beginning of March.  Now Schindler wants us to pay for the repair, which cost 4.72 Million.

    • Schindler repair team didn’t show up for two weeks, if no positive result from Goodwell, the residents may need to bare the repair cost of $4,728,060 just to get the repair restart.
    • Schindler’s contract will expire at the end of May, but they have denied extending their contract. With 2 systems in place, it has increased the difficulty in searching for the next service provider.
