更新 – 11月19日，3位業委就大廈升降機問題，跟管理公司和迅達的人員舉行了會議。會議上已經就維修時間長和維修次數非常頻密等問題向雙方反影不滿。業委會就配件存貨量等再要求管理公司跟進。
更新 – 11月10日，下午大約4時30分，一座一部升降機在開門後，沉下去大約6吋的距離。問題是因為有零件損壞，迅達的維修員已更換了有問題的零件。
更新 – 8月14日，1座1號升降機又困人了( 太約30秒)。管理處剛發出維修的時間表的新通告，要3部完全維修完畢要等到2015年2月。
更新 – 8月11日晚上6時40分，1座1號升降機又困人了(超過30分鐘)
更新 – 7月23日晚上，1座1號的升降機已可以用人手操作
According to the management and the elevator service company, the repair will take up to 18-20 weeks.
15 weeks for the panel to deliver to Hampton Place
3 weeks for installation
1-2 weeks for approval from the authority
In the mean time, the service company will reconnect the wire from each floor, so the floor will light up in the elevator and the elevator operator can response to the floor. Also, they have talked to use elevator #2 for cargo and goods delivery. (I think the management need to install another set of plastic protector for that elevator).
Update: As of July 23 evening, Elevator 1 is operable with operator
Update: As of July 28, Elevator 1 and 3 is fully operable by computer, the call button also working. Elevator 2 still under repair.
Update: On Aug 11 evening around 18:40, Elevator 1 has trapped for over 30 mins.
Update: On Aug 14, afternoon, Elevator 1 has trapped for over 30 seconds. A New notice from the management, the new proposed timeline is Feb 2015.
Update: On Nov 10, one of the elevators at Tower 1 has sink about 6 inches after the door is open. The technician has identified the defected part and replaced.
Update: On Nov 19, 3 EOC members had sat in a meeting with the management and Schindler. They have reflected the lengthy and frequent repair works. The EOC members have asked the management to follow up with the “Parts” issue.
